Right now I am transferring schools and I must say it’s a lot of work, especially when I have bumps along the road, things that deter me from the goal. This a big deal and I could of easily lose sight at what was at hand, and I admit I was pretty upset and wondered why God why obstacles? But I got my head straight and thought out the situation. So god willing, the situation will be solved by Monday and I can resume the transfer process. I am super excited, for those of you who don’t know I will be attending Johnson and Wales University Majoring in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management. This decision was a long thought one about a year ago today. I always loved to cook but wasn’t sure it was for me, but now I know I love the challenge its not easy being a Chef, Long hours hot kitchens, and hard work and determination, a challenge is what I’m all about! So I Pray god continues to Guide me in this and in everything I do in life.
